I have been in the real estate industry for over 19 years in the various roles consisting of a failing agent to top producing agent, owner, manager, trainer and coach. 

Unique Perspective

With my unique background and extensive training in real estate, I feel I have the knowledge and skills to help today’s agent succeed in the industry while creating a balanced life.  I am a trainer that gets results because I practice what I preach. I have grown a real estate company by 42% by recruiting, training, and retaining top agents and new agents alike.  We are in the process of building a team of agents with designed systems for listing and selling.  I know the challenges agents face with listing presentations, objection handling, price reductions, and prospecting because I have been in the trenches. 



I have been happily married to my lovely wife, Linda, for 24 years and we have 4 beautiful children Matthew 20, Jeffrey 17, Sophia 15, and Ben 11. It is possible to have a successful real estate business and an active family life.



Linda is not only my life partner, but also my business partner.  We have been blessed with a real estate business that generated over $230,000 GCI in 2016 with 54 closed transactions.  Our 2017 goal is 64 closed transactions and a GCI of $250,000. As of the first quarter, we are on track to reach that goal.  We have a small and effective team of 6 agents and 1 assistant, but we are ranked as one of the top teams in Omaha NE. 


What We Already Know

Most agents already know that lead generating is the key to a successful business.  If they know what to do, then why are they failing or not reaching the next level?  Unfortunately they don’t know the tools and techniques to stay consistent and aren’t being held accountable.  I bring easy tracking methods, goal setting tools, scheduling tidbits, objection handling scripts, and, most importantly, accountability.


What We Need to Know

I am a trainer in trenches so on a daily basis I am implementing the techniques I present.  From setting goals, lead generation systems, a proven marketing program,  and a high accountability program in place to insure success! I will take any agent to the next level that is willling to WORK and follow a system.  I bring it all back to the basic skills of generating leads and building a sellable book of business.
